Assisted Living residents at Ludington Woods receive an individualized care plan based on their own specific needs. Many residents in Assisted Living require support with their personal care needs which may include dressing, bathing, eating/meal preparation, transferring and incontinence care. Our pricing is determined based on the type of room a resident resides in as well as their level of care provided each day. Detailed pricing information is available on each of our individual community websites.

An initial assessment is completed prior to a resident moving into Ludington Woods. The score of this assessment determine which of our three levels of care a resident will receive. The level of care assessment I conducted by the clinical leadership of our program and is revisited regularly to ensure we are providing the appropriate level of service for each resident.

Ludington Woods residents are evaluated regularly by our clinical team to ensure that we are properly meeting their needs. Individual care plans are adjusted as resident needs evolve over time; a level of care assessment is completed regularly to determine the amount of care needed to properly allocate our care.

Social engagement is an important part of life in Ludington Woods. Our Life Enrichment Directors schedule activities throughout each day to engage our residents – mind, body and soul. Each community has their own individual schedule each week which can be found on their websites.
